Please help me with this. I can't tell this in a beautiful Russian. 
All underpaid amounts shall accrue interest at the per annum rate of 1.5% above HSBC plc's base rate in [euro] from time to time for the period commencing on the day after such payment was due until the date such payment is made. Many thanks in advance! |

На все невыплаченные в срок суммы начисляются проценты со дня, следующего после предусмотренного графиком дня платежа, и до дня фактического его совершения, по ставке, равной базовой ставке банка HSBC по кредитам [в евро] для публичных компаний (которая может меняться время от времени) плюс 1,5%. |
