Company specializes in investing and partnering with companies that seek to establish themselves in the rapidly developing Russian market. At the present time company develops projects in five key sectors: mail order, internet, financial services, logistics/real estate, agriculture

Main Responsibilities:
•General legal support to Group on Russian and international legal aspects of its business
• Support Group legal reorganization
• Legal support on shareholders’, board of directors and management board meetings
• Communicate with investment bankers, legal advisors, finance investor committee
• Control legal compliance. FAS regulation compliance
• Prepare juridical deals and provide with oral and written advises on different legal aspects of the Company’s country activities
• Present corporation in civil litigation and other legal proceedings
• Interact with state authorities both in Russia and Europe
• Participate in global projects and negotiations
• Control over Group Corporate Governance system
• Control over legal policies & procedures and standards established in the Group
• Control Legal departments of the Group

Requirements
• Male\Female, 35 y.o. +
• Russian \ Expatriate
• State University Legal degree
• Proven professional experience (5 years+) in international consulting Companies or big international Companies at the similar position
• Knowledge of principles of relative foreign and international legislation;
• Fluent English
• Readiness to travel approx. 20% of working time
