Yukos Universal Ltd, зарегистрированная на острове Мэн, кипрская Hulley Enterprises Ltd и кипрский фонд Veteran Petroleum Trust подали иски в Гаагский арбитраж. статья вот: http://www.kommersant.ru/doc/1284743 немного обсуждалось дело здесь: http://forum.top.rbc.ru/index.php?s=d0b ... &start=100 но обнаружить следы дела не получается. никто не в курсе, что это за секретное дело? уже ведь должно быть решение. |
