let's see. a midlevel associate with a focus on IP and IT. that's sort of a truly rare combination these days, sort of a comp geek/TM boy mix. plus the damn good English that's usually needed, all the terms you got to stuff your head with, and that too is very rare these days. so, if I were that guy, I'd ask for somewhere around 4.5K Euro for starters and around 5.5-6 grand as of month 4 + the whole benefit package. and yes, a 750-1K raise every 6 months
I fancy that if you'd agree to the above, you might make someone's day. not mine however - I've got the finest crew I can run with, and I'm not the type to turn back on my colleagues.
