Коллеги, добрый день, Подскажите, где можно найти тексты след. документов: (1) Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property; (2) Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works; (3) Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks and the Protocol related to this Agreement (4) Universal Copyright Convention; (5) Nice Agreement Concerning the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purpose of the Registration of Marks (6) International Convention for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (1978); (7) Convention for Establishing the World Intellectual Property Organization; (8) Locarno Agreement for Establishing an International Classification for Industrial Designs； (9) Patent Cooperation Treaty (10) Strasbourg Agreement Concerning the International Patent Classification; (11) Convention for Protection of Producers of Phonograms against Unauthorized Duplication of Their Phonograms; (12) Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit of Micro-organisms for the Purposes of Patent Procedure; (13) Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights; (14) WIPO Copyright Treaty; (15) WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty. Большинство данных документов можно найти в справочной системе "Консультант +". Можно также посмотреть на сайте Роспатента: http://www1.fips.ru/wps/wcm/connect/con ... /megd_dok/ или на сайте Всемирной Организации Интеллектуальной Собственности http://www.wipo.org Некоторые документы, например, Соглашение ВТО по ТРИПС, в котором РФ пока не участвует, на русском языке в официальной версии найти вряд ли получится. |
