4.2 Catch-up Period
4.2.1 The Non-Funding Shareholder shall have 10 Business Days from the date of the Shortfall Notice ( “Catch-up Period”) to remit to the Company in full the Funding Requirement.
4.2.2 If, within the Catch-up Period, the Non-Funding Shareholder fails to meet its Funding Requirement in full as required by Clause 4.1, the Non-defaulting Shareholder shall, on the next Business Day following the expiration of the Catch-up Period, send to the Non-Funding Shareholder a notice in writing in which the Non-defaulting Shareholder shall either:
(a) declare that the failure by the Non-Funding Shareholder to meet its Funding Requirement by the end of the Catch-up Period shall constitute an Event of Default and the provisions of Clause 16 shall apply; or
(b) notify the Non-Funding Shareholder that it has elected to provide a Step-in Shareholder Loan to the Company in respect of the amount required to meet the Non-Funding Shareholder Funding Requirement in accordance with Clause 4.3 and shall allow the Non-Funding Shareholder to repurchase the Step-In Loan within the period of 20 Business Days from expiry of the Catch-up Period (“Cure Period”) as provided in Clause 4.3.

Не думаю, что это можно перевести точно.

Я бы назвал "catch-up period" сроком исполнения, сроком внесения,
а "cure period" - сроком восстановления, восстановительным сроком.

отталкивайтесь от смысла

в вашем случае Catch-up Period - это период/срок для финансирования компании каждым из ее акционеров. следовательно, так и назовите "Срок Осуществления Финансирования", либо просто "Срок Финансирования"

опять же по смыслу статьи Cure Period в размере 20 дней предоставляется для принятия решения о выкупе Step-in Shareholder Loan. т.о. можете его назвать "Срок Выкупа" / "Срок Выкупа Займа"
