Detailed responsibilities

Working in the Joint Venture in the sphere of Collection business in Russia. You have to cover the following responsibilities:

Provide full legal support to the activities of the Company incl. deals on clients’ debts collection and protection of its legal interests;
Carry out legal examination of drafts of contracts, orders, instructions, standards and other documents of legal character, designed in the Company and received by the Company from other party, approve them, and participate in necessary cases in preparation of these documents;
Insure compliance with mandatory regulations of Russian law.
Represent interests of Company in state bodies and authorities;
Provide legal support to the management on debts collection;
Organize the interaction with outsourcing Companies related to debts collection process;
Interaction with other departments (Collection, Finance, HR, Sales, IT etc) within work tasks;
Supervise two legal managers in Tver branch.

Main Competencies
Higher legal education
Proven professional experience (2 years+) in big production \ service Companies; Good experience in Civil Law issues
Strong understanding of Russian business environment, relevant laws and regulations

Male\ Female, 27+ y.o.
Russian \ Local expatriate
Degree in Economics, Techniques, Engineering

Compensation
Compensation is discussed depending on the candidate.

Мне тут одна умная и прелестная леди посоветовала что CV надо делать под конкретную позицию.......я так понял это значит то что надо указывать в первую очередь то что надо работодателю и не укзаывать то что будет не в тему.....так что мое CV будет выглядить примерно вот так
