А ни у кого, случайно, нет хороших, основательных книг (желательно относительно свежих изданий) по Tort Law? Кроме Horsey & Rackley (просто уже имеется).

В идеале Winfield and Jolowicz.

Был бы чрезвычайно признателен.

Эх, вот кабы у кого вдруг (случайно так совершенно ))) ) нашлось последнее его издание этого года, вот это было здорово, конечно - много чего нового появилось с 2002-2003-го года.
